Meet Our Founder
I am Michael Meltzer, and I have been practicing mindfulness for over a decade. My path to mindfulness practice has been complicated and difficult at times yet ultimately expansive. Cultivating a practice of mindfulness has helped me navigate the physical and emotional turbulence of my daily existence by providing a greater capacity to engage life with a sense of kindness, compassion, and embodied wisdom that is life affirming.

As I was enjoying walking in my neighborhood in Chicago during the fall season, I was taking notice of the changing colors and annual cycle of the trees. Specifically, how we as humans could apply the lessons of the trees to our own lives.
Last weekend as I drove east to Michigan, a wonderful inner alchemy began to stir.
