Releasing the Inner Critic – Moving from Shame and Judgment Towards Inner Freedom

January 13 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

35$

There is an inner voice that can criticize, shame, or judge your thoughts and actions. This critical voice is sometimes referred to as the inner critic. It has the capacity to imprison your mind in a never-ending loop of “not good enough.”

Take time to explore where this voice comes from and become aware of how you experience it in your daily life.

Shift out of the narrow space of judgment and into compassion, kindness, and a greater sense of freedom.

Discuss the concept and origins of the comparative mind. Identify and understand your own critical voices. Develop strategies, such as daily mindfulness practices to minimize your negative self-talk.

Release your inner critic, expand your heart and mind, and reclaim your inherent freedom.
