I came to meditation after living many years with chronic illness, depression, anxiety, and mild ADHD. I tried many different holistic and complementary treatments, medications, and somatic treatments. What I discovered is that mindfulness helped me focus on regulating emotions, reducing stress levels, and cultivating more self-compassion and kindness. This allowed me to meet all these challenges with grace, gratitude, and resilience. I was able to tap into a greater understanding of what I needed to take care of myself in that moment.
My goal is to meet you where you’re at, helping you connect with your true, authentic self, leading you towards greater calm and presence. We will work together to understand how we can bring mindfulness into your daily life, not just through the seated practice. Over time and with daily mindfulness practice, our work together can bring you towards discovering and creating a life with greater intention, purpose, focus, clarity, and inner wisdom. This journey we take together will allow you to move thru a journey of self-discovery, healing, and expanding your sense of joy, creativity, and vitality.
To make a difference in someone’s life you don’t have to be brilliant, rich, beautiful, or perfect. You just have to care.
