Nature has its own natural rhythms. seasons, and cycles of life, death, and rebirth. In our built urban environment, we can get caught up in this unnatural cycle of feeling disconnected, isolated, and a sense of being apart from the world around us. In this morning workshop, we will engage in immersive mindfulness practices that will help open us up to a greater sense of resilience and connection to ourselves and the world around us.
